Hoot

by Timothy Wise

I've been working on a couple different images to better understand how to work with lighting and textures so this image is basically just fooling around like the fish one. Again, working with the actions tool in PS and then mirroring the shot and adding elements and custom brush work. Pretty simple, about 3 hours of work here

Thank you so much, this was a time when I was working on texture and grit to better understand the flow.

Well...not exactly simple, just not as detailed or as heavy on the layers as some of my other work. I'm happy you like it

Thank you Frank, if I actually placed the original images next to this people would understand what went into it. Perhaps on future images. Take care

Not lately, still need to hit some of these car shows around here once my camera gets out of the shop. 3 months old and I snapped the frame...got sick as soon as I saw it, ha ha ha. Frankfurt International Car show is coming up soon so I'll see what

Alan, thanks for the comment. A lot of work got packed into those few hours in PS and the owl went through a huge transformation from the original capture

Thank you Sarah. You know me...just try to do it all at least once. I may end up doing one more like this and then move onto something else just for fun
