Wysteria

by Lee Anne Kortus

Many hours of painting in Photoshop...I've worked on this off and on for about 6 months from sketch to finish. I wanted this to have a timeless feel to it. The surroundings were something I wanted to be reminiscent of Savannah or New Orleans...both cities that have that 'timeless' feel. There is a song I love by the late, great, Dan Fogelberg called "Wysteria" that was a big inspiration in this piece...it has a melancholy and mysterious air to it and I wanted that mood captured here. I freaking love it!! Wow I love this one! Oh my gosh I can't thank you enough for your continued support :). I have been so busy with year & month-end at work-really haven't had the time to "play" with Photoshop until this weekend. Thanks again

Beautiful! It certainly has a magical feel to it. And you couldn't have picked a better song to be inspired by. 5*****!
